HR Manager Assistant Recruitment

 

Assist HR Manager with building up HR infrastructures, HR-relevant databases, processes and procedures professionally
Conduct CV screening, HR initial interviews, recommend identified candidates to hiring manager for further interview and take up follow-up actions to fulfill the hiring needs in a timely manner
Prepare and extend OFFER to the identified shortlists and conduct induction programs to ensure smooth transition for new hires
Work independently on recruitment channel management and efficiency evaluation
Manage the employment procedures: check-in, check-out, probation assessment as well as staff movement across the Company, etc.
Assist HR Manager with training needs analysis, training plan preparation and develop training resources
Collect training feedback and provide analysis for further training planning
Others tasks assigned by Superior
